• Conflict is on the rise. It’s so prevalent, we had to create a new diagnoses called “intermittent explosive disorder.” Over 3 million people in the US alone are raging as we speak.
• Depression, addiction, obesity and stress-related disease is wreaking havoc in the workplace and within our families, resulting in increased divorce rates, rapidly rising health care costs and a weakened ability to compete in an increasingly competitive global economy. The list is endless.

With so much at stake, what are we to do? Where do we begin?

Well, one thing is for sure. More change is not the answer.

What? I know this sounds like heresy, but after 20 years as a licensed therapist, speaker and educator, the truth has emerged -- change is over-rated.
